Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, candidates must:
Be citizens of a partner country, officially recommended by their government
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Meet the university’s selection criteria (public officials or university-affiliated workers for Master’s; Master’s degree holders for PhD via KOICA)
Note: Applicants who have previously received the KOICA Scholarship are not eligible for the 2025-2 program.
